The big news is that Austin has officially begun walking. He had taken a few steps here and there, but yesterday was by far the biggest breakthrough thus far. The previous steps that he had taken were mostly by accident, but yesterday he actually tried to walk. His record was somewhere between 12-15 steps (we were so shocked we didn't count) when he took off from the wall and walked halfway across the living room. We tried to get a good video. Here is what we got (unfortunately, the best ones went unfilmed).
Isaac has recently found a love for all stuffed animals. Jensine kept most of her childhood ones (and there are a lot), so he has quite a few to play with. He likes to pull them all out of his room and then lay on top of them and read a book.
Isaac also decided that he wanted to be "just like Daddy" and put the headphones in his ears (they wouldn't stay). He loved it even more, when we plugged the headphones into the phone and played music.
Finally, we have been having (almost) milkless milkshakes using sherbet and fruit juice. Isaac loves the ice cream that "tastes like candy." We gave Austin a little bit in a sippy cup with a lot of water and they just lay there on the ground drinking it together. Too cute!

Congrats to Austin. Every baby we see Stefani tells me "baby Austin". It is so cute. Love the picture of them together. Glad that Jensine kept all of her stuffed animals. It looks like they are being put to good use.
