This happened last month, but we haven't gotten around to posting it yet. Isaac is in Sunbeams this year and was able to participate in his first primary program. We happened to move to Marshall just a few weeks before the program, but it wasn't too much of a concern because the Sunbeams had a very simple assignment. Each of them was to answer a simple question: "How can you show your love for Jesus?" We spent more than a week going over different types of answers for this question. Obeying parents, praying, reading the scriptures, following the prophet, etc. Every time I quizzed him, he would give me at least two or three good answers.
So, they line up all the Sunbeams in a row on the stage and ask them each that question. Isaac goes first, and despite more than a week of practice, he says:
Go figure.

Love it! At least you spent the time preparing for that little talk!
hahaha that's a way better story that if he'd answered the question "correctly" anyways!
That is what makes the primary program so much fun!
